न्यायमूर्ति विनीत शरण और न्यायमूर्ति वीवी नाग रत्ना की पीठ ने पंजाब और हरियाणा हाई कोर्ट के 12 दिसंबर, 2021 के एक आदेश के खिलाफ दायर अपील पर नोटिस जारी किया। पीटने 12 जनवरी को यह आदेश दिया। शीर्ष अदालत एक महिला याचिका पर हाईकोर्ट के एकल न्यायाधीश की पीठ के आदेश के खिलाफ दायर अपील पर सुनवाई कर रही थी जिसने परिवार अदालत के 2020 के आदेश के खिलाफ दायर याचिका पर आदेश दिया था|

2. Outwardtaxable supplies(zero rated).
3. Other outward supplies (nil rated, exempted).
4. Non-GST outward supplies.

The mortal remains of General Bipin Rawat were cremated at Delhi's Brar Square cremation ground with full military honours on Friday. According to The Indian Express, the late general was accorded a 17-gun salute at his funeral attended by 800 service personnel as per protocol. Top military officials from Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan also attended the final farewell of India’s first Chief of Defence Staff.

अगर पुलिस आपकी शिकायत को दर्ज करने से इनकार कर देती है तो आपके पास अधिकार है कि आप किसी सीनियर ऑफिसर के पास जाकर अपनी शिकायत दर्ज करा सकते हैं. अगर इसके बाद भी एफआईआर दर्ज नहीं होती है तो आप CrPC के सेक्शन 156 (3) के तहत मेट्रोपॉलिटिन मजिस्ट्रेट के पास इसकी शिकायत करने के अधिकारी हैं.
